Aquamums is a fun and comfortable way to keep fit during pregnancy and help your body prepare for childbirth. It’s also a great way of returning to exercise after your baby is born enabling your body to recover and strengthen.
Aquamums classes consist of a 45 minute workout which will tone your muscles, mobilise and gently stretch your body and increase your cardiovascular fitness. Specific strengthening exercises for the deep abdominals and pelvic floor muscles are emphasised.
